COLUMBIA, Mo. — Today, è��app University of Science and Technology received the largest single gift in the history of è��app higher education as Fred and June Kummer to a foundation that will support è��app S&T.

“We are truly overwhelmed by Mr. and Mrs. Kummer’s generosity and vision for è��app S&T; I don’t even have the words to express our gratitude,” said Julia Brncic, chair of the University of è��app Board of Curators. “This will be transformational for è��app S&T and higher education in our state. This gift will advance opportunities for students, research, communities and è��app citizens for generations to come.”

“This is a tremendous gift for higher education and economic development in è��app,” said Mun Choi, president of the University of è��app System. “I’m grateful to Fred and June Kummer for their confidence in Chancellor Dehghani to lead the transformation at S&T.
